Confidence is not an innate trait but one that can be nurtured through self-awareness, positive self-talk, taking bold actions, and setting boundaries to prioritize one's time and energy. Achieving calm involves grounding oneself through simple mindfulness practices and physical movement, which effectively resets the nervous system and enhances mental clarity.
