Hi, I'm Dr Tracey

My integrative approach combines over 20 years of experience in chiropractic care, personal development, mind-body wellness, and nervous system regulation to help people create lasting health, resilience, and meaningful change.

Years ago, while building my first healing practice, I found myself struggling with chronic stress, fatigue, migraines, digestive issues, and burnout. No matter how hard I worked on myself, my body stayed stuck in survival mode. I studied with doctors, therapists, coaches, and wellness practitioners searching for answers, yet the progress never seemed to last.
Everything began to change when I started understanding the science of the nervous system and how unresolved stress patterns shape the way we think, feel, heal, and function.

As I learned to work with my body instead of against it, my health improved, my life changed, and the people I worked with began experiencing deeper, more sustainable healing as well.

Today, my work focuses on helping people regulate the nervous system first — creating the internal safety and capacity needed for better health, emotional resilience, clearer thinking, reduced pain, and greater confidence in every area of life.
