Hi, I'm Dr Tracey

My integrative style combines years of experience in personal development, Chiropractic clinical practice and mind-body wellness with the science of nervous system regulation.

When I began building my first healing practice over 20 years ago I struggled with fatigue, digestive problems, migraines, fatigue and chronic high stress. The harder I tried to heal the worse it got. I was stuck and couldn't get my mind or body to release or regulate. I studied and practiced with doctors, coaches and therapists and teachers, but just didn't make sustainable progress.

Then, I began learning the science of nervous-system regulation and everything changed. I began to truly heal and so did my practice members. Addressing the nervous system first is at the core of the processes I use to help people realize their innate ability to live with less pain, greater calm and even more confidence.
