Hi, I'm Dr Tracey

I'm a nervous system re-patterning practitioner, chiropractor and whole-person wellness advocate. My integrative approach combines over 20 years of experience in personal development, mind-body wellness, and nervous system regulation to help people create lasting health, resilience, and meaningful change.

Years ago, while building my first healing practice, I found myself struggling with chronic stress, fatigue, migraines, digestive issues, and burnout. No matter how hard I worked on myself, my body stayed stuck in survival mode. I studied with doctors, therapists, coaches, and wellness practitioners searching for answers, yet the progress never seemed to last.

Everything changed for me when I learned to heal the brain and body by creating new patterns in the nervous system.

Today, my work focuses on helping people regulate the nervous system first — creating the internal safety and capacity needed for better health, emotional resilience, clearer thinking, reduced pain, and greater confidence in every area of life.
