My integrative style combines years of experience in personal development, Chiropractic clinical practice and mind-body wellness with the science of nervous system regulation.
When I began building my first healing practice over 20 years ago I struggled with chronic health conditions, fatigue, burn-out and with integrating all aspects of my life. I just couldn't get my mind and body to release old patterns and regulate well. I worked with doctors, coaches and therapists and teachers, but just didn't see the progress I wanted.
Then, I began studying and integrating nervous-system based techniques (like the MAP Method) into my life and work and everything changed. Addressing the nervous system first is at the core of the processes I use to help people realize their innate ability to heal and succeed.
