Hi, I'm Dr Tracey

I'm a nervous system re-patterning practitioner, chiropractor, and whole-person wellness advocate. My integrative approach combines more than 20 years of experience in personal development, mind-body wellness, and nervous system regulation to help people create lasting health, resilience, and meaningful change.

Years ago, while building my first healing practice, I found myself struggling with chronic stress, fatigue, migraines, digestive issues, and burnout. No matter how hard I worked on myself, my body stayed stuck in survival mode. I studied with doctors, therapists, coaches, and wellness practitioners searching for answers, yet the progress never seemed to last.

Everything changed when I learned how to create new patterns in the brain and body through the nervous system.

Today, my work is organized around the Internal Capacity Framework™—a whole-person approach for understanding how cognitive, emotional, physical, relational, and achievement capacity shape our ability to heal, grow, lead, and create lasting change.

Rather than giving every client the same plan, I help each person identify the patterns currently limiting their capacity and develop support that fits their goals, nervous system, responsibilities, and season of life.
