My integrative style combines years of experience in personal development, Chiropractic practice and mind-body wellness with the science of nervous system regulation.

When I began building my first healing practice over 20 years ago I struggled with chronic health conditions, fatigue, burn-out and with integrating all aspects of my life. I just couldn't get my mind and body to release old patterns and regulate well. I worked with doctors, coaches and therapists, teachers and gurus, but just didn't see the progress I wanted.

When I began integrating nervous-system based techniques into my life and work, everything changed. Regulation for calm, capacity and clarity is now the foundation of my life and practice. This is also true for my chiropractic clinic, where I still see patients several days per week. If you are ready for better regulation and lasting change I'd love to talk with you.
