HOW DOES THE MAP METHOD WORK?




With simple brain training, using MAP Method coaching techniques, the mind can learn to overcome limiting thoughts, behaviors and memories, and heal itself.

We start with a set of simple instructions that establish a mental process for dealing with limiting thoughts and beliefs. Then, we work together to release blocks and limitations and replace them with positive, self-empowering thoughts and beliefs. 

It is safe, gentle and doesn't require you to relive events or even know what is blocking you. MAP Method is based on neuroscience and learning theory, so we know it can be measured and that it works!




WHAT IS THE Coaching PROCESS?


STEP 1: Book a discovery call to talk about where you are at now and decide the best next step for you.


STEP 2: Choose your path and schedule your first session.


STEP 3: Receive confirmation of your first session and access to your private membership area where you will see notes from each session along with other materials that will help you along your journey.


STEP 4: Review each session from the notes afterwards. Complete activities or watch videos that support your journey so you are ready to book your next session.


STEP 5: Schedule sessions to complete your journey then stay connected to the Empowered Life community so you are supported in continuing to achieve your goals and dreams.

Single Sessions

Single sessions are a great way to deal with issues that come up in between coaching programs or when focused on other self-work. Sometimes we are making progress and then get stuck or something happens that slows us down, causes distress or opens a new realization.  

Single MAP sessions can help you release what's blocked so you can re-establish your focus on a project, goal or desired state of being. Sometimes one session is all it takes to get back on track or ready to level-up to the next goal. 

NOTE: These sessions are available for those who have already done an Introductory MAP session with the associated brain training. If you have not done a first session yet, please reach out to me so we can take that step. 

Duration: 60-90 minutes

Delivery: In-person or via zoom

p.s. An introductory MAP session includes not only the required brain training (Which is a one-time thing.) it also includes a session so you get to start releasing blocks right away and experience the power of MAP. 

Creating Change
3-Session Package

Are you ready to release what's holding you back? The Creating Change coaching package includes three personalized MAP sessions what clear limiting beliefs and emotions that no longer serve you. In a safe, supportive environment you will experience profound change, insights and embrace greater fulfillment and happiness.

My unique approach is focused on helping you rewire your mind for greater ease in whatever area of life you want to focus on. Each session will leave you with more energy and the ability to focus on new thoughts, habits or plans that you want to make.

With this package you will have the flexibility to schedule sessions over two months (eight weeks) allowing you to create change at your own pace. For those new to the MAP Method practice a full introductory session is included at no extra charge, for a total of four sessions.

Duration: 60-90 minutes each session

Transformation 
6-session coaching program


Are you ready to create lasting change and achieve the success you have been aiming for? The Transformation coaching program is a 12-week journey tailored to help you reach a targeted result in your career or personal life. This transformative five-step process uses a blend of tools, including the MAP Method, as well as my coaching expertise and professional experience to support you at every step of the way. With weekly accountability follow-ups, activities and videos and bonus materials to support your journey you will experience manageable change as you work towards your goal.

This program is a natural progression from the 3-session program and is perfect for those ready to commit to deep transformation and personal achievement in any area of life.

Duration: 6 sessions (60-90 minutes each) + follow-up emails and support between sessions, over a 3-month period.
