Dr. Tracey Curtis began her career working in the classroom with children with special needs. She has worked in educational human resources, professional development and as a social worker and non-profit administrator providing services for adults with special needs. A lifelong chiropractic patient, meditator and yoga practitioner; it was almost inevitable that she learn to teach yoga and mindfulness as well. Her passion for personal growth and development led her to develop a movement therapy practice with clients referred to her by chiropractors. And the rest, as they say, is history!

Personal Mission – My “Why”: To create and hold space for healing and transformation.
Community: I have lived in 13 states and traveled to 37 all together. I’ve travelled to 5 countries and plan on many more. I grew up in the deep South, raised by a Northern family. I speak some French, but much better English! I love to travel but I believe we must bloom where we are planted. I am so happy to live and practice near Chicagoland in beautiful Northwest Indiana.
