About Dr. Tracey L. Curtis

I help people expand their physical, mental, and emotional capacity so they can pursue their goals without burning out.

What I’ve learned over years of clinical practice and coaching is simple:

When stress physiology is driving your symptoms, traditional approaches (just diet, exercise, or motivation) aren’t enough. Capacity — the ability to hold energy, stress, responsibility, and growth — needs to be rebuilt from the inside out.

My Journey to Capacity-Based Care

I began my career as a chiropractor, helping people find relief from pain and dysfunction. But in working with clients over time, I noticed a pattern: many were doing “all the right things” — eating well, exercising conscientiously, working hard — and still felt depleted, reactive, or stuck in cycles of short-term progress followed by collapse.

That’s when I realized it wasn’t about willpower, willfulness, or another protocol.

It was about capacity — whether someone’s system could sustainably hold energy, growth, and life without constantly tapping reserves.

From that insight, my work expanded into functional nutrition, nervous system coaching, and a strategic framework focused not on symptoms but on capacity itself.

How I Work

My approach integrates:
• Nervous system regulation
• Stress physiology insight
• Nutritional and metabolic optimization
• Personalized strategy and accountability

This isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. It’s about structured support that helps your body and mind stop fighting you — and start working with you.

What “Capacity” Actually Means

Capacity is your ability to:
• Hold more energy without crashing
• Regulate emotions under stress
• Think clearly when demands are high
• Grow and expand without burning out

Most people think they lack discipline.
What they’re really missing is capacity — and that can be built.

Who I Work With

I primarily support people who are:
• Capable but chronically depleted
• Stuck in stress-driven patterns
• Ready to rebuild from the inside out
• Committed to sustainable change

If you’re looking for another quick fix, this may not be the right fit.

If you’re ready to understand and increase your capacity — starting with stress physiology — you’re in the right place.

Credentials & Experience

I am a licensed chiropractor with advanced training in yoga and mindfulness, functional nutrition and nervous system coaching. My work blends clinical experience with strategic guidance — helping people move from overwhelmed and reactive to stable, resilient, and expanding.

Your Next Step

If you’re not sure where your capacity stands, start with the Capacity Reset diagnostic — a practical assessment that clarifies where stress is limiting your resilience and what your next effective step might be.

Or, if you’re ready for guided support, begin with a Capacity Clarity Call.
