What is the MAP Method™?
The MAP Method™ is an innovative and science-based process that teaches the subconscious mind to get to the root of problems.
During the coaching session we are able to replace negative or disempowering beliefs and memories with positive, self-empowering ones. It is gentle, safe and does not require discussion or even conscious awareness of what is blocked to be effective.

What can MAP Method™ help with?
  • Limiting beliefs
  • self-sabotaging behaviors
  • Emotional challenges
  • Burn out
  • Compassion Fatigue
  • Repetitive or compulsive thoughts
  • Frustration with chronic health conditions
  • Nervous system dysregulation
  • Unresolved trauma
What is the science behind the MAP Method™?
Using something neuroscientists call the Window of Consolidation, MAP Method™ helps the brain neutralize negative experiences and memories within seconds and replace them with positive ones. Memories stay complete, but become neutral or positive and unable to negatively affect the current experience as they once did.
Watch what happens during a MAP Method™ session. An independent neuroscientist documented what happens to the brain during a MAP session with a client who had a fear of heights. Watch here to see the process and the results.
What is a session like?
  • We meet in person or on zoom.
  • After a brief discussion about what you want to create or release I talk you through a relaxation process.
  • Then I give instructions to your brain to identify and neutralize memories, emotions, beliefs, thoughts and inner dialogue.
  • You are fully awake and participating throughout the process. You get to simply relax while your mind does the process.
Private Sessions
Private one-on-one sessions are designed for individuals who are new to the MAP Method™, dealing with high stress levels, or looking to enhance their personal growth with the support of a private coach.
Group Coaching
Group coaching sessions cater to those who are already acquainted with the MAP Method™ and seek continual support. The topics of the group discussions change and are often influenced by the input from coaching clients.
Workshops
These workshops are tailored for entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, healthcare practitioners, educators, social service workers, and school-based counselors or therapists. Their purpose is to provide innovative tools for preventing and recovering from burnout, specifically for individuals who face high stress and trauma in their professions.
I understand the frustration of unfulfilled dreams and desires!
It wasn’t that long ago that I was struggling with:
  • Anxiety
  • Fatigue
  • Stress
  • Brain fog
  • Chronic health issues
  • Self-limiting beliefs
  • And more…

I had tried so many programs and processes, each with the promise of finally resolving whatever was holding me back. Eventually, I realized it was subconscious stress (trauma) keeping me from achieving what I dreamed of and desired. I still didn’t know how to get rid of it, but believe me I tried! I knew I had more potential and as much ability as anyone else to succeed, I just couldn’t get there.

Once I discovered the MAP Method™ and experienced it as a client I began working with the process regularly and saw so many changes in my life as a result. My health, relationships, finances and life improved so much I knew this was something I wanted to share with others.

MAP Method™ FAQs
What makes MAP different from other processes?
  • MAP doesn’t require the client to share or even know what is blocking them.
  • MAP is based on the neuroscience of learning. It teaches the mind to consolidate memories, then remove the negative emotions from them and replace them with positive feelings.
  • MAP is a complete process, taking the individual’s entire mind, physiology and even generational history into account.
  • The philosophy of MAP Method is future-oriented.
  • MAP can not only neutralize negative patterns, it can also create neural pathways towards a new future.
How does the brain learn to treat emotions?
  • MAP is based on the theory that all memories, beliefs and emotions are actually learned. Everything learned can also be unlearned.
  • There is a window of opportunity where we can open neural connections and rewrite long-term emotional memory. It’s called the Window of Consolidation.
Is MAP Method like EMDR, NLP or hypnotherapy?
  • In a MAP session you are not asked to follow instructions, visualize or remember anything to get results.
  • You are completely present and participating throughout each session.
  • MAP is very gentle without the need to recall or relive traumatic experiences.
  • Unlike cognitive behavioral therapy, there is no need to consciously participate or make active choices to benefit.
Who can benefit from the MAP Method?
  • Those who are interested in taking life to the next level
  • Cognitively limited individuals
  • Individuals who are ready to finally reach their full potential
