Before we meet, I'd love to introduce you to the Internal Capacity Framework and share how I approach lasting, meaningful change.
Watch my 1-minute welcome video
Why I created the Internal Capacity Framework.
Internal Capacity is your ability to respond to life without becoming chronically overwhelmed.
It isn't measured by how busy you are or how much you accomplish.
It's reflected in how well you're able to recover, adapt, think clearly, and stay connected to yourself when life becomes demanding.
As your capacity grows, three important changes begin to happen.
Calm
Your nervous system feels safer.
You recover more easily.
Life becomes less reactive.
Confidence
You begin trusting yourself again.
Not because everything is perfect, but because you know you can handle what comes next.
Clarity
Once you're no longer living in survival mode, it becomes much easier to make decisions that align with the life you actually want.
What we'll do together
During your Capacity Clarity Call we'll explore:
✓ What prompted you to schedule the call.
✓ What's feeling hardest right now.
✓ Where you may be operating beyond your current capacity.
✓ What next step would best support you.
There is absolutely no pressure to work with me.
If we're a good fit, I'll explain the options available.
If we're not, I'll still point you toward resources that I believe will help.
Either way, I want you to leave with greater calm, confidence, and clarity than when you arrived.
Before we meet
If you have five quiet minutes before our call, consider these questions.
What feels most difficult right now?
What do you want more of in your life?
If six months from now, life felt significantly better, what would have changed?
You don't need to write anything down.
Simply becoming curious is enough.
Dr Tracey Curtis
I'm a chiropractor, nutritional specialist, coach, and advocate for whole-person wellness.
I've spent more than three decades helping people understand the relationship between their nervous system, health, and the way they experience life.
The Internal Capacity Framework grew from thousands of conversations with practice members and clients - and from my own journey of learning that healing isn't about trying harder.
It's about restoring the capacity to become who you have always been capable of being.
